If you choose to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, we will not be able to enable you to book an appointment with solar installers or facilitate your appointment booking, as these services require sharing your contact and property information with our installer partners.
When you use our appointment booking service, we share your name, email address, phone number, home address, electric utility, and monthly bill with the specific solar installers you select. If you also choose to have your contact information shared with additional named installers, we share it with those installers so they can contact you about your project. This sharing occurs only after you review the installers and explicitly choose them — their names are shown to you before you submit.
We do not sell your information to data brokers, advertising networks, or any party you have not explicitly selected. Your information is shared solely to facilitate the appointments and installer contact you requested.
You may submit a formal opt-out request by emailing us at privacy@coresolarsolutions.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell Request" and your name, email address, and phone number. We will process your request within 15 business days and confirm by email.
Note that if a request relates to a lead already shared with an installer prior to your opt-out request, we will notify that installer of your request but cannot retroactively recall information already transmitted.
